Granola

The Sunrise Mix uses 100% pure maple syrup and a generous portion of pecans. It’s a simple blend that’s perfect over yogurt, as a hot or cold cereal, or enjoyed plain. Ingredients: Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Pecans, 100% Pure Maple Syrup, Refined Grapeseed Oil, Brown Sugar Contains Tree Nuts. May contain Peanuts, Milk, Soy, Wheat and Eggs. Please excuse our wrinkles…Our packaging is made from 40% recycled natural kraft-paper, and lined with a compostable film polymer made from annually renewable plants. Of all the bags I've reviewed, this style has the least impact on the environment, and has by my experience proven to preserve the granola well past its 'Best By' date. However, the one challenge with this style bag has been that the brown paper material is susceptible to wrinkles from handling. Even though the wrinkles don’t impact the granola inside, we worried that it might deter customers from purchasing the product. But after consideration, I have confidence that An Average Jill granola will sell for its quality and flavor, and consumers will be forgiving of a few wrinkles for the bigger benefit of the environment. Besides, I kind of like my wrinkles.
