What a neat opportunity to host WPAA – TV and Community Media Center #makingitartisan$stories Foodie Edition.
Last night I interviewed two local food artisans, Maryann Houde owner/founder of SouLstice Kombucha and Nick Imbriglio owner/founder of passionatelypasta. These two Connecticut businesses are focused on using locally sourced ingredients, sustainable food practices, and mindful care throughout production.
